4.09.13 - The parking lot and fire lanes were striped last week,

3.21.13 - Grass was added to the lanscaping yesterday. Crewmen are working on the berms at the front of the property as other crewmen prepare to move the silt fencing for the next development phase,

3.19.13 - Landscaping is installed,

3.05.13 - Irrigation work was scheduled for today to prepare for landscaping, that is to begin Monday,

3.01.13 - Plumbing fixtures are installed in both restrooms and the electricity is on. Crewmen have finished the fence that surrounds the detention pond.

2.19.13 - Flooring and cabinetry work began last week,

2.13.13 - Canopies were installed last week to complete the office exterior. Crewmen are on site this morning building a fence to go around the detention pond. Flooring will begin Friday.

1.31.13 - All masonry and siding work is complete, and the office walls are painted. Crews are installing the entry soffit this morning.

1.16.13 - Crewmen continue to install metal sheeting to the office exterior,

12.18.12 - The interior office walls are taped and floated. Masons continue their work on the office exterior.

11.20.12 - The office walls are completely insulated and sheetrocked. Office front doors and glass are also installed,

11.12.12 - Crewmen continue to one-side the walls and install liner panels,

11.05.12 - Crewmen continue to insulate and sheetrock the office walls as electrical work continues,

10.30.12 - Crews are framing the interior office walls,

10.22.12 - Crewmen are framing the office this morning,

10.15.12 - The vent and trim installation is complete. Doors are installed, including the OH doors. Electrical work is scheduled to begin today.

 

10.09.12 - Crewmen are banning the insulation and finishing up with the ridge vent installation,

 

10.04.12 - The office building is erected and the roof is completely sheeted. Crewmen continue to sheet the warehouse walls and roof,

 

10.01.12 - The warehouse wall sheeting is nearly complete. Crewmen are erecting the office building and will continue sheeting.

9.25.12 - The concrete crewmen poured the office slab today and M&M crewmen will begin erecting the office structure next week. M&M crewmen began sheeting the warehouse.

9.24.12 - Crewmen are working on the underground and prepping for the office slab pour. M&M crewmen are installing base angles and will begin sheeting the warehouse.

 

9.19.12 - Crewmen are lifting the roof assemblages and installing the connecting purlins,

 

9.18.12 - Crewmen began erecting steel yesterday. They will begin lifting the roof assemblages tomorrow,

9.10.12 - The foundation for the first building was poured last Friday,

8.31.12 - Cement crews poured additional paving this morning and are scheduled to pour the foundation for the first building within the next two weeks,

8.28.12 - Gunite work is complete. Crewmen are setting up piers and forms for the the first building.

8.20.12 - Crewmen began spraying the slope of the detention pond this morning with Gunite,

 8.16.12 - Crewmen continue to prepare for the slope paving, which is scheduled for next week.

8.08.12 - Crewmen are regrading the pond and preparing for the slope paving.

7.24.12 - Crewmen are dewatering the job site.

7.02.12 - The utility road is complete.

 6.25.12 - Crewmen were finishing the utility road addition this morning. They will pour additional sections of the road this Friday at 5 a.m.,

6.19.12 - The street paving will begin in two days and the slope paving will begin in approximately 1.5 weeks.

6.12.12 - Crewmen are setting the 8" water and fire line while other crewmen continue excavating the site,

 5.29.12 - Site excavation continues,

 5.14.12 - Crewmen are excavating the retention pond.

5.04.12 - The underground storm at the utility road are completed. Crewmen are installing storm extensions today and Monday. Excavation of the pond will start on or before Wednesday, which will be a 2-week process.

4.19.12 - Dewatering and retention pond site work continue.

4.11.12 - Northwinds' site crews continue to mass grade the job site.

4.02.12 - Work dewatering the site is to begin tomorrow.

3.08.12 - Crewmen are scraping the site and preparing the roads,

2.01.12 - Crewmen are preparing to begin the infrastructure work, starting with the detention pond and storm sewer. They should begin work by the end of this week, weather permitting.

1.20.12 - Site and infrastructure work is scheduled for 1.30. This project will consist of two office/warehouse buildings of approximately 21, 000 SF and 15,000 SF.
